DMM - Dynasty To Trade On The Toronto Stock Exchange

(TSXV: DMM, the "Company") is pleased to announce that its common shares will be listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the senior equity trading market in Canada, effective at the opening of trading, Thursday, August 2, 2007. The Company will retain its current trading symbol, "DMM".
"Graduating to the Toronto Stock Exchange marks another milestone in our corporate development," said President and CEO, Robert Washer. "The TSX offers a more liquid market and greater national and international exposure, which should benefit our existing shareholders and help to attract new retail and institutional investors. We look forward to the benefits of this listing as we continue to develop our mineral projects in Ecuador."
The Company is debt-free, with 27,752,671 shares outstanding, and approximately CDN$14 million in cash.
